Holiday Makeup Looks
Historically, makeup has been a huge part of various cultures. From the lead-laden white powder of Victorian England, to the vibrantly hued lip colors of the Japanese entertainers known as geishas, societies all over the globe have painted their faces, whether for ceremonies or vanity. As time has continued, makeup has only gotten safer and more widely used, showing up at low prices in drug stores to be utilized by the masses. Despite the fact that makeup is so commonly used, in a way, it is a form of art: you can use fun colors and designs; you can create seasonally or politically relevant looks. Makeup is an extremely versatile and flexible type of artwork which can be shared by many, regardless of gender.
